Confronted with a pivotal choice, I stepped into the unknown, following passion over the familiar security of a stable job. Choosing to forge my own path, I trusted in my work ethic and passion for people to succeed.
“Do you intend to continue working here or commit to real estate?” my boss asked. As someone who loves to work hard, I thought I could keep doing both. However, presented with an ultimatum, I had to make a choice.
Much of my life has been defined by hard work, working multiple jobs to get ahead. My younger years were marked by extreme challenges. I moved around a lot and then when my parents divorced, I found myself bouncing back and forth between Iowa and Arizona. As difficult as these times were, I learned to be assertive, work hard and earn my way in life. Nothing was going to be handed to me. Taking the best out of a bad situation, I became a strong, resilient person.
At 19, I moved back to Arizona—I was broke and working three jobs. It was there that I met my husband, Clint, who was serving in the Air Force. With similar backgrounds, we bonded over the difficulties of our past and shared a vision for creating a better future for ourselves.
We moved to Colorado and started our family, having two girls, Breeana and Paige. We worked incredibly hard to build a great life here. For 10 years, I worked for an amazing company, hired by Rich Kuipers, who became my mentor. He took a chance on me, giving me a life-changing opportunity. I became the office manager and learned many invaluable skills there.
In 2003, I began working to get my real estate license. My husband, Clint, had started his own construction company, and together, we planned on flipping homes. Our focus was on creating another source of income and, with time, building wealth through real estate.
The insurance, benefits and reliable paycheck from my job were crucial to us. For three months, I balanced work, real estate classes and being a mother, excited for all of my hard work to pay off. Shortly after I received my license, my new boss presented me with the ultimatum—I was forced to make a choice.
Seeing the potential of real estate, I knew what I wanted to do. There was so much potential for my future, I just needed to believe in myself. That very day, I quit my job, choosing to jump all in. With my husband's business and mine, we saw an opportunity to build a foundation for our future.
By treating real estate like a job, I was able to quickly earn the trust of clients, building my business on referrals. The start of my real estate career was a whirlwind, getting six deals under contract within the first month. Finding success within that short span validated the choice
I made. I could empathize with people moving and see the true value of a stable home, drawing from my personal experiences as a child and rebuilding my life here. Real estate wasn't just a job; it was a calling, a way to connect with people and make a lasting impact.
True to my independent spirit, I chose to start Supreme Realty Group in January of 2006. By upholding the high standards I set for myself and my team, I can deliver exceptional real estate experiences, prioritizing relationships and the best interests of those I serve.
I’m incredibly proud of our daughters, who have followed in their father’s footsteps by serving in the Air Force. Breeana is currently a C130J AF Pilot, and Paige is an AF Combat Systems Officer. They are incredibly strong, intelligent women. Seeing my daughters succeed is a testament to how far hard work can get you in life. I may have had humble beginnings, but this life we have created has brought me so much joy and fulfillment.
When I first started in real estate, I knew I wanted to build a business on referrals. If I can help one person through the buying or selling process, demonstrating my commitment to them every step of the way, then they will entrust me to do the same for their friends and family. I love being there for people through life’s significant moments. From celebrating milestones to offering my support in tough times, I genuinely care about those I serve. Real estate is the perfect vehicle for me to build these lifelong relationships, all while helping people make great investment decisions for their future.
As a seasoned professional, I aim to impart a legacy built on authentic relationships and exceptional service. My mission is clear—elevate the real estate experience by infusing sincerity, compassion and unwavering integrity into every interaction. With 20+ years of experience in the industry, I am confident in my market knowledge, problem-solving skills and ability to fight for my clients, ensuring they get a great deal that represents their best interests. It's not just about closing deals; it's about leaving a lasting, positive impact by crafting great real estate experiences that change people’s lives!
